King Adu Tech Solutions aims to deliver quality digital services. Refunds are handled fairly based on the service type and project stage at the time of the request.
Domain registrations are non-refundable after the domain has been successfully registered with the registry. Registration fees are passed to third-party registrars and cannot be reversed.
Hosting plans are refundable within 7 days of initial purchase if no significant usage or setup has occurred. Annual plans refunded after 7 days may be subject to a pro-rata deduction.
Custom development payments are refundable only before project commencement. Once design, development, or deployment work has started, payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
Online payments processed via Paystack follow the same refund rules above. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
For direct MoMo or bank transfer payments, approved refunds are sent to the same account used for payment, subject to verification of the transaction reference.
